Know what stays online.
This notice explains the practical handling of photos and contact information on Nex Pix VIP. It is not a substitute for event-specific releases agreed with a venue or organizer.
Public event albums
Event albums opened through a QR code are public and require no account. Anyone with the link can view them. Do not upload confidential material or photos that the venue is not authorized to publish.
Retention
Published event photos are scheduled to leave the online system during the weekly Friday cleanup. The event record may remain archived, but its public media is removed.
Project inquiries
When you send a project brief, we use the name, email, WhatsApp number and project details only to answer and manage that inquiry. We do not sell this information.
Image requests
To request removal of a photo or ask about an archived album, identify the venue, event date and photo number. Requests are reviewed with the event organizer and photographer.
Optional face search
When an authorized event enables face search, your selfie is compared only with that event’s photos on your own device. The selfie and temporary descriptor are not sent to Nex Pix VIP, Supabase, R2, analytics or logs. They are discarded when the search ends or the modal closes.
Limits and consent
Face search is optional, for adults using their own selfie, and does not verify identity. It can return false positives or miss photos, especially in low light. Manual browsing remains equally available. The organizer must authorize the feature separately for each event.
Write to Info.nex.pix.vip@gmail.com or call 829.945.8866. Include enough information to locate the event without sending identity documents through the public form.
